Heavy Rains Prompt Flood Warning

Jun. 28–The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the Walnut River in Butler and Cowley counties until Friday afternoon.
Radar estimates indicate at least three inches of rain has fallen in Butler, Cowley, Elk and Greenwood counties overnight, and more rain is possible today.
