A WELLINGTON office building with space for lease might suit companies looking for affordable, well-located office space, according to Sam McIlroy, of Colliers International.

Mr McIlroy said the LG Centre in Victoria St was in a popular area, close to Lambton Quay, Willis St, the Chews Lane development and Civic Square.

Mr McIlroy said spaces from 90 square metres to 330 sq m were available in the building, which suited small to medium-sized businesses.

“And with naming rights available, it provides an excellent branding opportunity for an organisation to increase its profile.”

A total of 580 sq m of office space is available, along with retail space on the ground floor. Parking is available on site.

Mr McIlroy said rentals started at $220 a square metre, which was extremely competitive for a central-city market in which rents had risen dramatically in the last 12 months.
