In 12 Years All Russian Manned Spacecraft Will Be Taking Off From Amur Region – Official

MOSCOW. April 11 (Interfax) – The new Russian space center Vostochny in Amur region should be built by 2015 and the launches of all manned Russian spacecraft will be transferred there by 2020, head of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) Anatoly Perminov announced.
“The construction of Vostochny cosmodrome will be organized by 2015 so that all manned space programs would be transferred to it by 2020,” he said responding to a question from Interfa,x after a Russian Security Council meeting on the advancement of the space program held in the Kremlin on Friday.
