Russia successfully launched into orbit Friday a new three-man replacement crew for the International Space Station.
The Soyuz TMA-6 spaceship reached its targeted orbit within minutes of takeoff from Kazakhstan and is expected to dock with the station Sunday, Novosti reported.
The crewmen feel well, communication with them is maintained stably, and the ship's systems are working normally after the separation from the launch vehicle, a mission control spokesman said.
