Mattress Chain Will Occupy Vacant Store

ENGLEWOOD — A Sleepy’s Mattress store will occupy the space recently vacated by Group USA, the Palisade Avenue women’s retailer.
The mattress chain signed a five-year lease for the 8,000-square- foot space, said Michael Duffy, director of real estate development for the company that manages the space.
“The town should be encouraged; we’re bringing a good tenant,” said he said.
Group USA was one of a handful of chain stores that left the city’s downtown recently.
