Blue Moon Group Acquires FAT KAT Records

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 2003--Blue Moon Group (the Company) (OTCBB:BMOO) announced today that the Company has acquired FAT KAT Records for $600,000 equalling 200,000 shares of the company's common stock.

About FAT KAT Records :

Lorenzo Medico, Winner of the North East American Idol, MTV Spring Break Idol, and American Idol, has started Fat Kat Records, subsidiary of Blue Moon Group. His single, "Summer", will be released in January of 2004, and is believed to go to the top of the charts. Lorenzo's sultry style has been branded as "sexy pop with an r&b twist." Fat Kat Records is also working on an American Idol Project due out next year.
