Urgent: Russia launches manned spacecraft to ISS
MOSCOW, April 19 (Xinhua) — Russia launched a manned spacecraft, carrying three astronauts, from Kazakhstan’s Baikonur cosmodrome Monday morning to send the ninth expedition to the International Space Station (ISS).
