Space leased for storage in ex-Rexworks building

A firm that provides storage space for consumers and businesses has leased space in the former Rexworks facility on the south side.
A franchisee-owned location of Pods USA will use up to 100,000 square feet at the building, 445 W. Oklahoma Ave.
The building is owned by Mallory Properties, which was represented by broker Scott Furmanski of Polacheck Co.
