A scenic spot on 14,165-foot Kit Carson Mountain is expected to be named Columbia Point on Tuesday in honor of the seven astronauts who died in the space shuttle disaster Feb

. 1. Judge Paul Brown, father of late astronaut David Brown, is scheduled to join Interior Secretary Gale Norton and NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe at a ceremony announcing the location and name of a site in Colorado honoring the astronauts.
