If you plan to attend the Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival this evening or this weekend, organizers are asking that you use a shuttle bus service. Due to large crowds, it's difficult to find parking spaces at or near Twin Lakes Park, said Stacy Rosa, spokeswoman for the festival.

By Ely Portillo, The Miami Herald Jul. 5--Celebrating America's freedom doesn't mean parking is free. Dozens of Fourth of July revelers in Hollywood learned that lesson when their cars were towed during the city's fireworks display on Friday night.
