If you plan to attend the Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival this evening or this weekend, organizers are asking that you use a shuttle bus service. Due to large crowds, it's difficult to find parking spaces at or near Twin Lakes Park, said Stacy Rosa, spokeswoman for the festival.
