Expedition 31 Astronauts Headed For The International Space Station

A NASA astronaut and two Russian cosmonauts lifted off for the International Space Station aboard the Soyuz TMA-04M spacecraft to join up with their three Expedition 31 crew mates already on the orbiting space lab, according to NASA.

NASA has announced a modification of its NASA Launch Services (NLS) II contract with Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX) of Hawthorne, Calif., to add an additional configuration of the Falcon 9 rocket to its fleet.
