For the second year in a row the Heart Rate Watch Company will offer two complimentary fitness books to all customers. The first book about building basic fitness is entitled “How to Successfully Use A Heart Rate Monitor” and the second book, for building strength and speed is entitled “How To Elevate Fitness With Strength and Interval Training”.

“Thousands of people have read these books and we felt it was important to keep getting the word out”, says Rusty Squire, President of the Heart Rate Watch Company. He adds, “We have had many customers contact us telling us how they have lost 20, 40, and even 60 pounds or more following the advice in the books, which is always nice, because we get to be a part of positive changes in their lives”.

Real Success Takes Advice Plus Product

“Most company’s only sell product but product alone is not very useful without the advice on how to use it properly and that is what we provide all of our customers,” says Squire. He adds, “You’ll never get this kind of service from a large web retailer or a big box store – it just doesn’t exist”.

“We very carefully crafted the books, free fitness calculators and resource tools we offer people to contain the best-of-the-best on advice culled from a lifetime of competing at and coaching at a world-class level,” says Squire. He adds, “That is where all the best information is and, yes, it does translate to ordinary, everyday people because there are no shortcuts”.

Building fitness is much like building a house according to Squire. He adds, “You have to put in a strong and solid foundation and that takes the greatest amount of time to construct then you add the subsequent speed and strength to the equation”.

The Heart Rate Watch Company specializes in heart rate monitors, GPS watches, bike computers, iPhone bike computers and other fitness electronics measurement devices but Squire claims that just knowing the devices is not enough. “We have to provide our customers with timely information on both the products and their training – that is where the value is because few have that level of commitment or experience,” according to Squire.
