Nicklas Lidstrom scored with 70 seconds left in overtime Wednesday, finishing a Detroit comeback that gave the Red Wings a 4-3 victory over Calgary.

Detroit scored twice over the last half of the third period to tie the game and Lidstrom then lifted the Red Wings to their fourth straight triumph. All four of the wins have come at home and all have been by one goal.

Johan Franzen set up the winning goal by collecting the puck just inside the blue line and feeding it to Lidstrom at the right point. Lidstrom blasted a one-timer that sailed just under the crossbar.

Valtteri Filppula, Henrik Zetterberg and Brian Rafalski also scored for Detroit and Ty Conklin made 29 saves.

Curtis McElhinney, Calgary’s backup goaltender, stopped 35 shots.
