NBA: LA Clippers 120, Portland 112 (2OT)
Zach Randolph scored six of his 38 points in the second overtime Friday night, lifting the Los Angeles Clippers to a grueling 120-112 win over Portland.
The Trail Blazers lost their third straight, throwing away a chance to win the game when Steve Blake missed four out of five free throw attempts in the final 20 seconds of regulation.
It was only the fifth win of the year for the Clippers.
Baron Davis added 27 points for Los Angeles and Eric Gordon had 17. Portland was led by Brandon Roy with 36.
Portland owned a two-point lead when Blake went to the line for a technical foul shot, along with two free throws. Although he has converted 92 percent from the line this year, he missed all three with 20 seconds left in the fourth period.
Blake then stole an inbound pass with 8 seconds remaining, but when he went to the line again he could make only one of two. That gave the Clippers a chance to force overtime, which they did when Davis made a three-pointer with 2 seconds left.
Roy hit a jumper with 15 seconds left in the first extra period to bring about a second overtime.
