COL BKB: Ohio State 54, Butler 51

Evan Turner led Ohio State with 14 points Saturday, helping the 21st-ranked Buckeyes slip past Butler 54-51.

David Lighty had 10 points and eight rebounds and Dallas Lauderdale nine points and eight rebounds for unbeaten Ohio State (6-0).

Gordon Hayward scored 25 points and made 7-of-11 three-pointers for Butler (8-1).

Butler, which trailed by 13 points 4 minutes into the second half, tied the score at 51-51 on a Hayward three-pointer with 4 minutes left to play.
