COL BKB: Syracuse 72, Memphis 65

Jonny Flynn scored 24 points Saturday to lead the 11th-ranked Syracuse Orange to a 72-65 win over the 21st-ranked Memphis Tigers.
Syracuse played its first game without guard Eric Devendorf, who was suspended indefinitely this week. Devendorf will have to complete community service hours before being eligible to return to the school as a student.
Paul Harris had 15 points and eight rebounds for the Orange (11-1). Rick Jackson added 14 points and seven rebounds.
Pierre Henderson-Niles had 12 points and five rebounds for Memphis (6-3), which fell to 0-3 against Top 25 opponents, with losses to Xavier and Georgetown earlier in the season. Shawn Taggart had nine points and 13 rebounds.
