NBA: Cleveland 99, Houston 90

LeBron James had 27 points and nine rebounds Tuesday, fueling the Cleveland Cavaliers' 99-90 victory over the Houston Rockets.
Mo Williams added for 23 points Cleveland, which is perfect at home this season at 14-0. The Cavaliers have won 23 of 25 overall since a 1-2 start.
Rafer Alston, who returned after missing the last four games with a strained left hamstring, had 20 points and Yao Ming 19 for Houston.
