Tomas Vokoun needed 27 saves Tuesday to record his second consecutive shutout and 28th of his career in a 3-0 Florida win over Nashville.
Panthers rookie Michael Frolik scored twice as Florida improved to 8-2-1 in its last 11 games. Frolik made it 1-0 at 6:48 of the second period. Then, after Cory Stillman scored with 4:32 left in the third, Frolik added an empty-netter.
Nashville Pekka Rinne was peppered throughout the game, managing 40 shots in the losing effort.
