NBA: Orlando 89, Washington 80
Hedo Turkoglu scored 22 points Tuesday, sparking the Orlando Magic to an 89-80 win over pesky Washington.
The Magic led 46-30 at halftime, but the Wizards refused to go away and whittled the deficit to 83-80 with under 2 minutes to go. But Orlando finished with six straight points to put the Wizards away.
Turkoglu also had seven assists and five rebounds. Dwight Howard added 15 points and 16 rebounds for the Magic, who have won 10 straight at home and three of four overall. Jameer Nelson scored 14 points and Rashard Lewis 12 for Orlando.
Caron Butler got 29 points for the Wizards, who have lost three of four. Antawn Jamison added 13 points and nine rebounds.
