NBA: Oklahoma City 109, Chicago 98 (OT)
Nick Collison scored 21 points Saturday night — five of them in overtime — to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder to a 109-98 victory over Chicago.
Collision scored the final point in regulation when he sank a free throw with more than a minute left to play and then put the Thunder ahead for good with a three-point play to break a 96-96 tie during the extra period, when Oklahoma City outscored Chicago 15-4.
Kevin Durant was good on four free throws late in the game, capping a 28-point night in which he also pulled down 12 rebounds to lead the Thunder to just their sixth win of the season against 32 losses.
Jeff Green and Russell Westbrook both finished with 14 points and 12 rebounds for Oklahoma City.
Ben Gordon led Chicago with 22 points. Drew Gooden had 20 points and 12 rebounds for the Bulls, who had won two straight coming into the game.
