Wolski, Ryan, Campbell take NHL honors

Wojtek Wolski of Colorado, Bobby Ryan of Anaheim and Gregory Campbell of Florida were picked Monday as the NHL’s top players of the past week.
Wolski’s four goals and two assists for six points led the league in the week ending Jan. 11. The Avalanche won all three of its games during the period. He has 11 goals and 14 assists in 41 games this season.
Ryan had five goals, including his first NHL hat trick, as the Ducks went 2-1. The rookie leads all first-year players with 12 goals and 14 assists in 26 games since his NHL debut Nov. 16.
Campbell registered two goals and four assists in a 3-0 week for the Panthers. He also produced a plus-six rating. The fifth-year player has already set a season-high in goals (eight) and points (20).
