COL BKB: Oklahoma 77, Texas A&M 71

Brothers Blake and Taylor Griffin led a late Oklahoma rally Wednesday that lifted the second-ranked Sooners to a 77-71 victory over Texas A&M.

Oklahoma overcame a nine-point deficit in the late going and held the Aggies scoreless for a four-minute stretch.

Taylor Griffin put the Sooners in front for good with 41 seconds to play on a layup and added two free throws with 25 seconds to play for a four-point advantage.

Blake Griffin scored 16 points and had 14 rebounds. Taylor Griffin had 13 points. Oklahoma improved to 22-1, the best record through 23 games in school history, and to 8-0 in the Big 12.

It was the Sooners 10th consecutive victory and their 17th straight win at home.

Josh Carter led Texas A&M (17-6, 3-5) with 15 points. The Aggies had won their previous two games.
