Corey Maggette helped stake Golden State to an 18-point lead going into the fourth quarter Thursday night and the Warriors held on to defeat Portland 105-98.

Portland rallied to within four points with 51 seconds remaining, but Golden State made all 10 of its free throw attempts down the stretch to seal the victory. Jamal Crawford made six of those foul shots, accounting for half the points he scored in the game.

Maggette produced 24 points while both Stephen Jackson and Monta Ellis had 20 for the Warriors. Golden State has put together its first three-game winning streak of the season.

Portland was led by 37 points from Brandon Roy, who made 14-of-20 shots from the field.

This was the final NBA game before the all-star break.
