NBA: Miami 97, Charlotte 92

Dwyane Wade scored 27 points Friday, rallying Miami to a 97-92 win over Charlotte that clinched a playoff berth for the Heat.
Miami moved percentage points in front of Philadelphia for fifth place in the conference and joined Cleveland, Boston, Orlando and Atlanta as teams that have locked up post-season spots in the East.
Daequan Cook added 16 points and made two foul shots with 5 seconds left to clinch the victory.
Charlotte was paced by Gerald Wallace with 21 points and eight rebounds. The Bobcats have lost two straight after winning three in a row, and dropped two games behind Chicago for the eighth and final playoff berth in the East.
Miami came back from a 12-point deficit after one period to tie the game at halftime, and then fell behind by four going into the fourth quarter.
The Heat won three of four meetings with Charlotte this season.
