NHL: New Jersey 5, Tampa Bay 4 (OT)

Zach Parise's 43rd goal at 1:21 of overtime Friday led the New Jersey Devils to a 5-4 win over Tampa Bay.
Tampa Bay's Martins Karsums created a 4-4 tie with his first goal at 14:06 of the third period.
New Jersey's Jamie Langenbrunner scored his 26th and 27th goals, one on the power play in the second. Brendan Shanahan (penalty shot) and Jay Pandolfo also scored for New Jersey.
Parise added two assists and Langenbrunner had one, while Martin Brodeur and Kevin Weekes combined to surrender four goals on 22 shots for the Devils, who snapped a season-high six-game losing streak.
The Devils lead the Atlantic Division with 100 points, six more than Philadelphia.
Tampa Bay got one goal each from Evgeny Artyukhin, Steven Stamkos (power play) and Ryan Malone (unassisted).
Karri Ramo yielded five goals on 39 shots in the Lightning's fifth straight loss.
Tampa Bay is last in the Southeast with just 66 points.
