Aaron Hohlbein and Claudio Lopez scored for the Kansas City Wizards Sunday in a 2-0 Major League Soccer win over the San Jose Earthquakes.

Hohlbein tapped in a goal in the 28th minute and Lopez fired a shot into the lower right corner of the net in the 78th minute.

Most of the match was played in light rain, with some snow flurries and winds up to 40 mph.

Both teams are 1-2-0.
