NBA: Indiana 106, Detroit 102

Danny Granger's 24 points Saturday led the Indiana Pacers to a 106-102 win over the Detroit Pistons.

Granger capped his performance with two free throws with 5 seconds left in the fourth period to help Indiana win for the third time in four games since its elimination from the Eastern Conference playoff picture.

Detroit is in the playoffs for the eighth straight season.

Brandon Rush sank 5-of-8 3-pointers on the way to 21 points with seven rebounds. Both T.J. Ford and Jarrett Jack scored 18 points, while Troy Murphy scored seven with 13 rebounds for Indiana, which will wrap up its season by with home games against Cleveland and Milwaukee.

Richard Hamilton's 23 points, four rebounds and five assists led Detroit. Tayshaun Prince scored 18, Antonio McDyess scored 16 with 15 rebounds, while Will Bynum added 16 points, four rebounds and six assists for the Pistons, who had won three in a row.
