Novak Djokovic coasted into the semifinals of the inaugural Serbia Open Friday with a 6-3, 6-2 drubbing of Viktor Troicki.

Djokovic, seeded No. 1 in this event and ranked third in the world, needed 69 minutes to win his quarterfinal match in preparation for the French Open.

Andreas Seppi earned a meeting with Djokovic in Saturday’s semifinals by ousting Marcos Daniel 6-4, 7-5.

The other semifinal will send second-seeded Ivo Karlovic against Lukasz Kubot.

Karlovic was a 6-3, 6-3 winner over Flavio Cipolla and the unheralded Kubot got past Kristof Vliegen 7-6 (8-6), 6-3.
