The Houston Dynamo posted a 3-1 Major League Soccer victory Saturday over the San Jose Earthquakes.
Houston forward Brian Ching got things in the fourth minute with his fourth goal of the season.
Kei Kamara added his second of the season eight minutes later and Craig Waibel gave Houston a 3-0 edge just after the break.
Ryan Johnson broke up Houston goalkeeper Pat Onstad’s shutout bid in the 53rd minute.
Houston (4-2-3) returns to action next Saturday when it hosts Toronto and San Jose (1-6-2) plays at Columbus Wednesday.
