Yani Tseng wins Corning Classic

Yani Tseng shot a 5-under-par 67 Sunday for a one-shot victory in the final Corning Classic in New York.

Tseng, of Taiwan, finished at 21-under 267.

Paula Creamer (65) and Soo-Yun Kang (69) shared second place at 268, followed by Mika Miyazato (70), alone in fourth at 269.

Tseng's win was her second on the LPGA Tour.

I feel really good right now, she said after the event. On the back nine, I was playing really aggressive because I knew I hadn't made enough birdies to be on top.

Tseng won $225,000.

The tournament was the final Corning Classic, which had been played in Corning, N.Y., for 31 years.
