Tseng's win was her second on the LPGA Tour.
I feel really good right now, she said after the event.
On the back nine, I was playing really aggressive because I knew I hadn't made enough birdies to be on top.
Tseng won $225,000.
The tournament was the final Corning Classic, which had been played in Corning, N.Y., for 31 years.
