Roy Oswalt gave up only one run in seven innings Monday when the Houston Astros posted a 4-1 victory over the Colorado Rockies.
Oswalt (2-2) scattered six hits, yielding only a solo homer by Todd Helton, walking two and striking out eight.
Carlos Lee was 3-for-3 and had his first home run and first two RBI since May 16. Lance Berkman also had two RBI, and Miguel Tejada had two hits to extend his hitting streak to 15 games — the longest current streak in the National League.
LaTroy Hawkins earned his seventh save after pitching a scoreless ninth.
Colorado pitcher Aaron Cook (3-3) gave up four runs on nine hits in six innings.
Seth Smith was 3-for-4 for Colorado, which lost for the fifth time in its last seven games.
