Woods stays atop world men's golf rankings

No. 1-ranked Tiger Woods collected his 69th career PGA victory and increased the distance between him and the field in the latest world men's golf rankings.
Woods, 33, won the Buick Open by three strokes Sunday and picked up his fourth tournament win this year. That gives him an average of 11.252 ranking points and keeps him No. 1 for a 559th week in his career. Phil Mickelson, who has been appearing only in occasional tournaments since his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, is second with an average of 8.409 points.
There were no changes among the top five rankings, with Paul Casey (6.729 average points) in third followed by Kenny Perry (6.171) and Sergio Garcia (5.930).
The second half of the Top 10 did see some shake-up. Steve Stricker (5.844 average points) moved from seventh to sixth, while Henrik Stenson (5.841) dropped one spot to seventh.
Geoff Ogilvy (5.658) remains in eighth but Stewart Cink (5.019) switched places with Jim Furyk (4.918) and is ninth while Furyk is 10th.
