Bengie Molina's sixth-inning RBI single Saturday lifted San Francisco to a 4-2 win over Cincinnati.
Molina had three hits, and the single broke a 2-2 tie with one out in the bottom of the sixth.
He added a solo homer in the eighth.
One of two hits for Eugenio Velez was a solo homer, his third this season.
Fred Lewis also had two hits for the Giants, who have won three of four.
Winner Barry Zito (8-10) yielded two runs and just three hits in six innings, while closer Brian Wilson earned his 28th save.
Cincinnati got RBI hits from Wladimir Balentien and Jonny Gomes.
Alex Gonzalez, Brandon Phillips and Adam Rosales also had one hit each for the Reds, who had won two straight.
Losing pitcher Bronson Arroyo (10-11) surrendered three runs and seven hits in seven innings.
