MLS: Chivas USA 2, Toronto FC 0

Sacha Kljestan scored his first two goals this season Saturday, leading Chivas USA to a 2-0 Major League Soccer win over Toronto FC.

It was the the second straight 2-0 win for Chivas, whose previous contest was at New York Aug. 15.

Kljestan scored in each half "“ the 32nd minute in the first and the 51st in the second.

His timely outburst came after failing to score for more than a year.

Chivas goalkeeper Lance Parker registered his first MLS shutout without having to make any saves in the first home-field victory for the Goats (10-7-3) since June 6.

The Reds (8-8-6) tried 13 shots in all -- four by Dwayne De Rosario and five corner kicks by Amado Guevara -- with netminder Stefan Frei making three saves.
