UCLA suspends four football players
Four UCLA football players have been suspended for unspecified rules violations.
No timetable was disclosed, but the players -- defensive back Courtney Viney, tailback Milton Knox, and wide receivers Randall Carroll and Morrell Presley "“ remain eligible to practice with their teammates.
I had to administer the appropriate discipline, Coach Rick Neuheisel told the Los Angeles Times Tuesday.
They'll earn their way back into a playing capacity, hopefully following the Kansas State game.
A team source not authorized to give details told the Los Angeles Times the rules violation incident did not occur in Knoxville, where the Bruins (2-0) beat Tennessee 19-15 last Saturday.
