NFL: Green Bay 36, St. Louis 17
Aaron Rodgers passed for two touchdowns and ran for another Sunday, heading a Green Bay attack that buried the St. Louis Rams 36-17.
The Packers (2-1) went ahead early on three Mason Crosby field goals and cruised to the win.
Rodgers totaled 269 yards passing with TD tosses of 21 yards to Donald Driver and 10 yards to John Kuhn.
The quarterback ran 4 yards for another score and Kuhn scored on a 1-yard run.
Crosby’s field goals were from 48, 38 and 25 yards, all in the first quarter, which ended with Green Bay on top 9-0.
Kyle Boller replaced Marc Bulger at quarterback for St. Louis (0-3) in the first quarter and finished with 16 completions in 31 attempts with touchdown throws of 16 and 19 yards to Daniel Fells.
Bulger went out with a bruised right shoulder.
