Garzelli heads 10-man breakaway on Tour 14th stage

AX-3 DOMAINES, France (Reuters) - Former Giro d'Italia
champion Stefano Garzelli was part of a 10-man breakaway that
led the 220.5-km 14th stage of the Tour de France Saturday.

Italy's Garzelli, who won the Giro in 2000, and the rest of
the group attacked after seven km of the stage from Agde to
Ax-3 Domaines.

They held a lead of more than nine minutes over the
peloton, which included overall race leader Lance Armstrong,
following the opening four low category climbs.

The riders still have to tackle the 'without category' Port
de Pailheres and the category one climb to the finish in Ax-3
