NEW YORK (Reuters) - Philadelphia 76ers all-star guard Allen Iverson, the NBA's second-leading scorer, could miss the team's next four games with a foot injury, the 76ers said on their website.
Iverson was injured during Sunday's game at Memphis. An examination on Monday revealed Iverson had suffered a sprain and bruising of the right foot.
Iverson, who is averaging 33.2 points per game, will not play in the 76ers' game with the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday and is doubtful for road games against Seattle, the Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State, the 76ers said in a statement.
