Rain halts play again at French Open

PARIS (Reuters) – Play was stopped at the French Open
because of rain at 1232 GMT on Wednesday.

Covers were brought on to the Suzanne-Lenglen court where
world number one Roger Federer was leading Colombian Alejandro
Falla in their second round match.

On the center court, Russian Maria Sharapova was 3-2 up in
the first set against Czech Iveta Benesova.

Play was halted 45 minutes because of rain earlier on
Wednesday.
