QSGI, Inc. (OTCBB: QSGI) the only data security and regulatory compliance provider offering a full suite of life-cycle services for a corporation's entire IT platform, today announced it has been awarded additional mainframe and mid-range server maintenance contracts, which are estimated to generate over $500,000 in additional annual revenue for the company's Data Center Maintenance division.
"These additional mainframe and mid-range server maintenance contracts further reinforce the traction we are gaining in the industry, as a proven and reliable alternative for these mission critical maintenance services," stated Marc Sherman, chairman and CEO of QSGI. "In addition to opening up new accounts, our Data Center Maintenance division is doing a great job in expanding the services we are providing to existing clients from mainframe maintenance to mid-range processor services. Additionally, the investments made in the maintenance division during the first half of the year to develop a Sun Sever expertise have begun to pay dividends, as we are now contracted to provide Sun maintenance service as well."
Mr. Sherman continued, "The Data Center Maintenance division has generated solid double digit growth in revenue and margin in each of the past three years. 2007 again will be no exception as we grow revenues from $4.8 million in 2006 to a run-rate in excess of $7.1 million by the fourth quarter, with another 5 months of 2007 still remaining to continue to expand our base of maintenance clients and services."
