SPEEDY CEO -- Eli Harari, CEO of SanDisk Corporation (NASDAQ: SNDK) in Milpitas, California, sits astride a Ducati Desmosedici GP7 competition motorcycle as SanDisk today announced a new line of high-performance flash memory products for consumers
. Harari holds an 8-gigabyte SanDisk Extreme Ducati Edition CompactFlash card, which has a read/write speed of 45 megabytes per second and is aimed at the high-end digital photography market. The new SanDisk Ducati line also includes a stylish red 4GB USB flash drive shaped like a Ducati chassis, a 4GB CF card, and a 4GB SD Plus card that can connect directly to the USB port of a computer. The SanDisk Ducati Extreme line will be available in the U.S. and Europe in August, and worldwide by September.Source: Business Wire
