Jazz Technologies, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss Second Quarter 2007 Financial and Operating Results

Jazz Technologies (AMEX:JAZ) today announced that it will conduct a conference call to discuss second quarter 2007 financial and operating results. The call will be held at 1:30 PM PST, on Monday, August 6th, 2007. It will be hosted by Gil Amelio, chairman and chief executive officer of Jazz Technologies, and Paul Pittman, chief financial and administrative officer of the company.
