SAN FRANCISCO, July 26 /PRNewswire/ -- China Educational Research Network (CERNET), China's largest private Fiber Optic Internet (IPV6) education and research computer network has selected Global IP Solutions (GIPS) VoiceEngine(TM) PC Advanced to improve voice quality of Digital Media Service, connecting more than 1,500 universities nationally and more than 20 million Chinese university students and 3 million faculty members and administrators. CERNET is funded by the Chinese government and directly managed by the Chinese Ministry of Education.
