NetSky Launches Online Wildgate Prepaid Calling Cards

August 14, 2007

NetSky Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NKYH), an Internet consolidation company, is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Wildgate Wireless to resell its calling cards online through NetSky’s various Internet Web sites.

Wildgate Calling Cards provide a low cost alternative to individuals placing domestic and international calls. The calling cards are available for purchase online and provide consumers with the ability to regulate their calling time so they can save money on a monthly basis.

The U.S. prepaid calling card industry is expected to grow at a 9.7 percent compound annual growth rate (CAGR) to reach $6.4 billion by 2008, according to Prepaid Calling Cards: Market Dynamics and Forecast 2003-2008, a report by industry research firm ATLANTIC-ACM.

“We are very pleased to be working with Wildgate and we plan to cross-market its high-value calling cards with the various Internet services that NetSky offers. The banners advertising the calling cards will be presented in both English and Spanish, and provide great savings for customers interested in both International and local calls. Customers will like both the quality of the calls and the fact that they can purchase the cards online, very easily and quickly. All of the sales will be tracked online through a back office suite, provided by Wildgate for NetSky,” stated Robert Thayer, CEO of NetSky Holdings, Inc.

The Wildgate calling cards can be purchased online through banners placed by NetSky. For more information, please go to www.netskyholdings.com.
