SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- IntelliSearch , Inc. announced today that it has entered into a partner agreement with Groxis, a leader in search visualization and discovery. The agreement entails an integrated product and service offering that extends the power of enterprise search. The combined IntelliSearch/Grokker solution helps customers get more value out of their search deployments.
"The IntelliSearch Enterprise search platform 2.0 offers a rich set of functionality to corporations, and fits well with the Grokker Search Management tools," said Groxis' VP of Product Management, Marcelline Saunders. "We look forward to having IntelliSearch with their US and European presence as a partner."
Groxis' discovery software platform, Grokker ESM, maximizes the value of the IntelliSearch Enterprise Search Platform by providing federated integration to multiple content repositories, and extended retrieval capabilities through dynamic information clustering and filtering tools. Grokker's unique visualization and exploration techniques enhance the graphical user interface and allows for presentation of hundreds of search results on a single page, in a user friendly and research efficient way. Moreover, Grokker's robust collaboration tools, combined with IntelliSearch, enable knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
IntelliSearch 's Version 2.0 allows Groxis' customers to search files residing in any application within the enterprise -- helping knowledge workers utilize internal data federated with external information accessed by Grokker, such as subscription content. This allows Groxis' customers to use their Grokker deployment as a central information access tool covering all corporate information sources.
"The Grokker ESM product suite is very complimentary to our IntelliSearch 2.0 release and our joint product offering will help customers create more value from their corporate information pool," said CEO David Chartier of IntelliSearch Inc.
