Charys Holding Company, Inc. (“Charys”)(Pink Sheets: CHYS) a company focused on the high growth Wireless Communications and Data Infrastructure and Restoration and Reconstruction sectors, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Complete Tower Sources, Inc.. (“CTSI”) has signed a contract with a worldwide service and solutions provider as its preferred general contractor for site construction.

Under this multi-year agreement CTSI will provide a complete array of construction and program management services for the breadth of telecommunications clients supplying, designing, and supporting technology solutions. The contract provides CTSI with first right of refusal for wireless telecommunications services throughout the southern and eastern United States.

CTSI services will offer service providers key benefits that reduce capital and operating expenses, capture additional revenue in the explosive growth in wireless data communications, and increase the reliability and restorability of the telecommunications network infrastructure. These services include design and installation for collocation projects as demand for additional sites, such as the placement of multiple antennas on existing structures to reduce real estate costs and increase network deployment efficiencies, increase. Data communications technology upgrades and network modifications for universal mobile telecommunication systems (“UMTS”), a third generation wireless system that delivers high-bandwidth data and voice services to mobile users. Also, in support of its disaster preparedness deployments, CTSI will engineer and install electric generators at sites identified as critical to infrastructure continuity.

Carroll Castille, CTSI President, commented, “With this agreement we have a full backlog of work, and we continue to expand our operations to meet the significant demands of the telecommunications industry. Our focus on service, as well as design and implementation of infrastructure is a key benefit to the service providers, and one of the differentiators that led to this contract. We have a long term and solid reputation in our industry. Our relationship with this provider has developed over many years, and we are delighted to expand with them.”

Billy V. Ray, Charys Chairman and CEO, added, “Carroll Castille and the CTSI team have earned a great reputation, and their continued growth is just one demonstration of that. Along with the recent MSAI contract, Charys provides complete end to end service for the telecommunications industry. In addition, CTSI’s monitoring and restoration of critical infrastructure elements is a strategic benefit to telecommunications service providers. This turn-key approach is part of our stated strategy, and from these contracts and our continued growth we see it as just what the industry needs and wants.”
