INX Awarded $2 Million Defense Department Network Upgrade

INX Inc., (NASDAQ:INXI) announced today that it has been awarded a subcontract to provide a $2 million Cisco Systems network infrastructure upgrade to worldwide network assets of the US Defense Department. The project consists of approximately $1.68 million in Cisco LAN/WAN gear and $350,000 in INX professional services.
Regarding the award, David Peoples, Vice President of INX's Federal Division stated, "We are pleased to have this opportunity to assist the US DoD in its worldwide network modernization program. By supplying additional capability under this contract, the US DoD, working with INX engineering resources, can continue to expand their mission to provide communications for our troops."
