Leveraging Extensive Experience Serving Tier 1 Service Providers, Kaushal Agrawal Will Drive Company's Comprehensive, World-class Support Operation
Atrica(TM) Inc., a leading provider of Carrier Ethernet equipment, has named Kaushal Agrawal as its vice president of Global Customer Service. Mr. Agrawal will leverage his expertise in engineering, product quality, and product support to drive Atrica's comprehensive, world-class global customer service program. Reporting to Vivek Ragavan, Atrica's president and CEO, Mr. Agrawal will oversee the company's state-of-the-art customer service labs, training, installation support, and other post-sales services.
With over 14 years of experience in the networking and telecommunications industry, Mr. Agrawal brings a wealth of experience supporting the world's largest telecommunications service providers to his position at Atrica. His outstanding career includes senior management positions with leading telecommunications equipment suppliers, including six years at Cisco/Stratacom, where he was responsible for product quality for ATM/Frame Relay WAN products and introducing high availability services for most of the Tier 1 carriers worldwide.
