Continental Airlines Provides Ticketing Flexibility for Customers Affected By Hurricane Felix and Tropical Storm Henriette

HOUSTON, Sept. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Continental Airlines is providing ticketing flexibility for customers whose travel plans may be affected by Hurricane Felix (Caribbean) or Tropical Storm Henriette (Eastern Pacific). Customers who have immediate travel plans to any of the cities listed below may reschedule or reroute travel once, without a penalty, through Sept. 10, 2007.

Affected travelers now have the option of going to continental.com to change their flights. This new function allows Continental to make real-time updates to re-accommodation policies and recognizes when it is appropriate to waive change fees or additional fare collections. Customers need to enter their confirmation number and last name in "Manage Reservations."

Customers may also call Continental Airlines reservations at 800-525-0280 or their travel agent.

Affected cities are: Aruba Belize City Guatemala City Los Cabos Roatan San Pedro Sula San Salvador Tegucigalpa

A change to origin or destination city may result in additional charges. If a flight has been canceled, a refund in the original form or payment can be requested. Complete details of this policy, a weather advisory and real time flight status are available at continental.com.
