Spruz Hosts 'The Future of Business and Social Networking'

Posted on: Wednesday, 12 September 2007, 18:00 CDT

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Spruz (http://www.spruz.com/), one of the fastest growing online social network platforms, will host "The Future of Business and Social Networking" in a presentation on Sept. 19 at Lowenstein Sandler in NYC. Members of the senior management team of Spruz.com will lead the workshop examining the relationship between business and the rapid growth of online social networks.

The management of Spruz will share their insight on the impact of online social networking in business relations, creating and increasing product branding opportunities, and increasing sales. Spruz will also focus on the major shift in advertising dollars towards the internet and social networking systems.

"Social networks for business are the next step in businesses, bringing their brands deeper into the lives of their customers," says Marty Secada of Broad and Wall Advisors.

Spruz, founded in Jan 07, grew to over 300,000 members in August. Spruz's exclusive Universal Community Platform, or UCP, allows users to create and manage websites and communities with no previous programming knowledge. With hundreds of rich predesigned templates and the ability to add custom programming, Spruz avoids the typical "cookie cutter" feel associated with their competitors.

"A strong advantage of our UCP is the ability to adapt with the growth of technology," explains Roberts. "Spruz is much more than a community website development tool. The advantages and efficiency that Spruz provides to users and advertisers will be realized in the upcoming months."

"Businesses that engage in building and maintaining social networks for their market niche gain a unique opportunity to interact and receive relevant feedback from their customers. Online social networking communities have indicated a strong influence over customer purchase behaviors."

Spruz will also host a Q/A session following the conclusion of the workshop.
